Our extension unit is also called Sampaguita Room, inspired by Philippines’ national flower, Sampaguita. It symbolizes dedication, hope, and brotherhood.

Description
Our Main House is perfect for families and mid-sized groups who loves travelling. It has 5 fully air-conditioned bed rooms that can accommodate up to 18 adults.
So whether it’s a family trip to the beautiful coasts of San Juan, or the much-awaited team outing, our Main House will make sure that you have a comfortable place to enjoy your stay in ELYU.
And if in case you want to cook your own food and save up on extra expenses, we have a kitchen stove and basic kitchen amenities ready for use.
Our Main House has 5 rooms named after lovely flowers – Magnolia, Champaca, Lotus, Rosal, and Jasmine. Each room has its unique ambiance that ensures a rejuvenating stay for everyone.

Description
Our whole house is simply the Main House and Extension Unit combined, accommodating up to 28 persons.
The main benefit of this is that unlike the Main House and Extension Unit, you own the whole place. No other guests.
Plus this is a little bit cheaper than the Main House and Extension Unit combined.
So if you are a big group and wanted to have a more affordable and enjoyable place to stay, then the Whole House is the better choice.

The Veranda and Parking above are the outside common areas shared by both guests of Main House and Extension Unit.
There’s also an outside shower near the parking area where guests can wash the sand off their feet after visiting the beach.
If you availed the Whole House, then the common areas are exclusive only to your group.
Individual Rooms
Description
Our individual rooms are best for guests that are less than 5 persons and wants to share the Main House with other guests. Since it is in the Main House, the rooms are usually booked on weekdays by walk-ins.
It can also be booked by smaller groups on weekends as long as it is available.
The 2 Comfort rooms, living room, and dining and kitchen are the inside common areas that are shared.

We liked our stay at Karlo’s place. It is huge enough to fit our big group (14) and still spacious.
The number of rooms are as stated in the site. He is very responsive and answers all your questions. Indeed it is a home away from home because it is literally a house with multiple rooms.
What we like most is it’s just a few meters from the beach, so you just need to walk and cross the road and you’re immediately at the beach.
So everything is walkable and very accessible with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Will recommend it!

We had a great time at your property this past weekend. Our family enjoyed the accommodations, the friendly accommodating owners/caretaker.
We were just a few minutes walk from the beach and nightlife. The fresh bread from the owner upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Our only negative is that we did not find any of the rooms to have a private bath, as both bathrooms were not private.
We made it work for us, and will definitely return and stay at this property.

1. There was always someone there to help us with anything we needed, and they were very nice and approachable!
2. The location is insanely close to the beach, to a 7-11, and a lot of different restos and other stores.
3. Lots of rooms and beds. The place was very organized and clean.
4. Lots of useful amenities too, like a water dispenser.
Extra: We had some freshly baked ube pandesal from the Karruba Cafe and Bakery in the morning, and it was amazing!

Check-in was smooth. Briefed us about the house, the bath area after swimming from the beach to keep off the sand and the check-out time which is 12:00 noon.
Everything is great – there’s available cooking utensils, plates, fork and spoons, serving plates enough for more than 15 pax.

The beach is walkable. Lots of restaurants/bar in the area and there’s a sari-sari store steps away from the house. 7Eleven is in the main road.
Excellent place to stay in Urbiztondo. The owner is very approachable and responsive. They offer free drinking water too.

We had a great stay. The place is so homey for 16 adults. 2 sedan and 1 suv fits perfect in the garage.
All rooms are clean and well equipped. 1 thing to note is bring your own towels.
There’s also free drinking water.
No need to worry about your safety and security. The owner provides key per bed room aside from the main door of the house.
The front yard is spacious – perfect for chillnuman, card games, bingo session. (Haha)
There’s also hangers and drying rack in the porch to dry your clothes.
The owners live at the back, easy to get in touch with them.
Not sure if they own Karruba Cafe. But must try! Aside from their iced coffees, must try also: their chocolate Croissant and all day breakfast.

Our overall stay was very enjoyable. The hosts were accommodating.
The amenities were well-maintained and were true to the pictures.
There was also an outdoor rinsing area to help us wash off the sand. The hosts also provided enough glasses, utensils, plates, and cooking paraphernalia enough for a large party of people.
Location-wise, the beach was within walking distance.
Unfortunately, there was a black out during our stay which was beyond their control. We appreciate that they offered extra hours to compensate for the lack of power.
